The role sits within the newly formalized POS Partnerships & Channel Strategy function, owning the day-to-day commercial relationship with POS aggregators and middleware providers operating in Turkey

Single point of contact for POS/middleware partners in market, translating the regional certification model, tiering framework and commercial playbook into local execution

Acts as the bridge between local commercial, product and support teams and the POS partner ecosystem, surfacing market-specific integration and support issues to the regional function

High-visibility, build-from-scratch mandate given the scale of Turkey's POS-connected order share and the operational gaps already identified locally (e.g. unresolved programmatic menu management for POS vendors)

What You Will Do

• Own and grow the commercial relationship with all POS/middleware partners active in Turkey, from onboarding through to tier upgrades
• Execute the partner certification and tiering model locally, tracking partner compliance against SLA and feature-adoption requirements
• Run the local lead-sharing and cross-pitching pipeline with POS partners, driving net-new restaurant supply and tracking conversion
• Act as the first-line triage and escalation point for partner-reported technical and support issues, routing critical cases to Central Product/Tech
• Host regular business reviews (QBRs) with top-tier Turkey partners, covering performance, roadmap alignment and joint marketing
• Maintain accurate local partner and pipeline reporting to feed into the regional POS function's dashboards and OKRs
• Partner with local AMs/KAMs to ensure consistent onboarding, documentation and support standards across POS-connected merchants
• Flag market-specific product and commercial requirements upward to the Manager, POS Partnerships & Channel Strategy for regional/Central prioritisation

• 3-6 years in partnerships, channel management, account management or commercial roles in tech, SaaS or food-tech
• Comfortable engaging with technical concepts (APIs, integrations) and translating them into commercial, partner-facing conversations
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with external partners
• Data-driven, comfortable tracking KPIs and pipeline performance in structured trackers
• Turkey market experience required; Turkish business fluency strongly preferred, English business fluency required
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating with limited central support and building structure in a new function
• High ownership mentality; able to work independently while keeping the regional function informed
