And coordinate with internal teams to ensure a timely onboarding process.\nCompliance & Documentation:\nDeliver comprehensive training to introduce the vendors to Talabats systems processes and quality standards.\nEnsure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience by guiding vendors through each step addressing queries and providing necessary support.\nEnsure full compliance with internal SOPs and established processes throughout the activation journey.\nMaintain high standards of data accuracy and proper documentation within the onboarding and tracking systems.\nStakeholder Coordination:\nCollaborate with internal teams such as sales and logistics to align onboarding timelines and resolve any blockers.\nAct as the primary point of contact for vendors during the training and activation process.\nProcess Optimization:\nContinuously adjust to the improvements in the onboarding workflows to enhance efficiency and vendor experience.\nTrack personal performance and consistently achieve onboarding goals.\nVendor Relationship Management:\nBuild and maintain positive relationships with vendors during the onboarding process to ensure smooth activation and ongoing collaboration.\n\nQualifications: \nBachelors degree.\nProven experience in vendor onboarding.\nFluent English and Arabic is mandatory (Spoken and written).\nStrong communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nStrong attention to detail and team cooperation skills.\nProficiency in MS Office Suite;
