You will lead and scale a multi-disciplinary design team, fostering a culture of design excellence, user empathy, and innovation.\nIn this role, you will champion the integration of Generative AI and automated design workflows across the department, transforming how foodora conceptualizes, scales, and delivers personalized quick-commerce and delivery experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign Strategy & AI Vision: Define and execute the end-to-end design strategy across rider, customer, and partner ecosystems. Lead the organization’s AI adoption roadmap, establishing AI frameworks, and automated design scaling across markets.\n\nLeadership & Operational Scaling: Coach, mentor, and manage the team.
