They lead project planning resourcing progress reporting troubleshooting and people management ensuring the project results meet requirements regarding technical quality and reliability. They play a key role in monitoring the business performance and recommends changes cost adjustments or resource additions. \nKey Responsibilities: \nLead the team responsible for end-to-end performance analytics projects with all its phases: planning exploratory data analysis solution design development (SQL) & presentation (Tableau) validation & testing documenting and communicating the results with relevant business stakeholders\n\nCommunicate and interact with market leaders regional leaders and c-suite to gather requirements listen to and understand pain points as well as communicate finding and results in an understandable fashion with excellent storytelling.\n\nDevelop actionable consumable reporting and presentations for leadership across functions.\n\nOwn the deployment of the strategic projects ensuring the team follows the best practices from a project management data-intensive and highly organized standpoint.\n\nCoach and lead Business Performance team throughout all of the project phases. Make sure they continuously develop their skills in business understanding planning and design development validation and storytelling.\n\nQualifications: \n10 years relevant business/consulting experience\n\nExpertise level experience in running PMO projects end-to-end starting with requirement gathering planning design implementation validation and delivery/communication/documentation.\n\nExcellent storytelling and communication skills: Able to run conversation with different stakeholders and can speak the business user language.\n\nExpertise level in creating and designing presentations.\n\nHigh autonomy and experience and ability to influence without authority at senior stakeholder level.\n\nAdvanced data and excel knowledge including hands-on expertise and excellent SQL/Tableau skills\n\nOwnership: Delivers performance projects to an outcome with great quality ensuring great experience for end users.\n\nExcellent leadership skills: Being a role model for coaching and leading a team of data analysts. Taking initiatives and is a proactive team member.\n\nAble to absorb/prioritize multiple tasks able to run through the different stages of a project seamlessly and without much back-and-forth. Shows decent professional friendly attitude.\n\nStrong knowledge with cross functional business areas like Sales Logistics and Customer Experience Excellent business acumen able to pinpoint pain points in different functions and opportunities to unlock growth and profitability\n\nHumble with a growth mindset. Always eager to listen analyze learn and improve.\n\nUnderstands the problem statement well & takes notes.
