This may involve setting marketing campaigns analyzing customer clusters and optimizing marketing planning\nAccountable to enhance customer experience in alignment with logistics and Customer experience functions by evaluating the service quality and customer satisfaction\nAccountable for the company PnL and managing budgets planning monitoring expenses and ensuring that financial targets are met. Alternatively you might have worked in a consulting capacity in this industry and are looking forward to an operator role. \nYou have built teams and led cross-functional projects at scale \nExperience working within logistics real estate is also advantageous \nYou are very detail-oriented structured and know how to prioritize - you consider yourself as someone who delivers solutions and not bottlenecks to be solved \nYou are willing to do anything necessary for the project to succeed including working on the warehouse floor when you are short staffed to make a customer delivery or to take customer calls.
