As a Global Partnership Intern, you will be part of the Global Retail Team that despite our rapid growth, still embodies the spirit of a small startup within Glovo.\nBe a Part Of a Team Where You Will:\nImplement and standardize processes, playbooks, guidelines to help local teams in more than 20 countries to grow the business\n\nHandle tracking and reporting of performance metrics\n\nEvaluate strategic opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analysis\n\nWork on cross-department projects, coordinate activites and tasks with tech, operations, finance and product teams\n\nDevelop the Top Accounts business step by step, being part of multiple projects and being a resourceful multi-tasker\n\nCoordinate with the different regions/countries in order to understand key insights about local markets\n\nActively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference\n\n You are:\nData-driven mentality: takes decisions based on data and makes business judgment when necessary\n\nStrong analytical skills are a must\n\nOut of the box thinker and high level of self-initiative (proactive in finding new solutions to complex issues)\n\nYou’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented.
