You'll have an incredible opportunity to drive impact across Talent Development, Leadership Programs and Internal Communications, building intelligent solutions that scale and free up the team to focus on what matters most.\nThis is hands-on work: you'll build real products using Claude, Make and Gemini Enterprise. You won't just execute, you'll architect smarter, automated processes.\nTHE JOURNEY\nLeadership Programs automation\nSpot manual workflows in program coordination and replace them with automated solutions.\n\nBuild dashboards and AI-powered tools (using Claude) that generate program materials, track attendance and report on results.\n\nKeep improving our systems to cut manual work.\n\nTalent Development & mobility automation\nBuild an automated internal mobility bulletin and AI-powered tools to segment roles, talent levels and growth opportunities.\n\nDevelop dashboards that auto-generate talent insights and attrition analytics.\n\nExplore Gemini Enterprise solutions for smart talent recommendations and matching.\n\nInternal Communications automation\nAutomate newsletters, announcements and personalised updates from live data sources.\n\nCreate chatbots or Q&A systems for common HR and talent questions.\n\nStreamline how we collect and analyse feedback.\n\nOwn automation projects from scoping to launch, challenge how things are done and propose smarter solutions. Your work will help make talent development proactive, data-driven and almost entirely automated.\nWHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT\nThis role is designed for impact through automation, helping build the future of our talent operations. So it's not admin or pure task execution, reactive support without strategy, a \"shared assistant\" across teams, or traditional HR/people operations work.\n WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE\nPassion for automation and process improvement: you enjoy digging into how things work and making them better.\n\nComfort working with data and no-code/low-code tools (Make, Zapier, Google Sheets, etc.).\n\nA proactive mindset: you don't just execute, you reimagine.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once.\n\nCuriosity and eagerness to learn new AI tools and technologies.\n\nHands-on attitude with high standards, organised and obsessed with details.\n\nFluency in English.\n\nA plus if you have:\nProgramming skills, ideally Python (e.g. Pandas), or experience with Google Apps Script and SQL.\n\nFamiliarity with APIs and integrations.\n\nExperience with Claude, Make, Zapier or similar automation platforms, or with building workflows and automations.\n\nA basic understanding of AI capabilities and limitations.\n\nInterest in Talent, HR or People topics.\n\n We are always looking for the best candidates, so if you think you would be a good fit even if you don't meet 100% of the requirements we would love to hear from you!\nIndividuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
