Manager, Data Analytics (Marketing Analytics)

As the Manager, Marketing Analytics, you will lead a team responsible for directly impacting the marketing strategy and growth of our 16 markets by delivering actionable insights and advanced analytics solutions. In this role, you’ll work as an embedded thought partner with senior marketing stakeholders to influence strategy and marketing tactics, leveraging AI to build the future of marketing analytics. Your mandate as manager will include elevating talent density, standardizing methods and tools, and elevating the data-driven decision-making culture in our business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team-providing hands-on support where needed-in structuring and solving complex marketing problems, leveraging agentic AI tools and advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights and scalable data products that drive measurable business impact.
• Elevate team capability and talent density by upskilling analysts and transforming the function from traditional BI reporting into a decision-science partner influencing strategy, closely aligned with business outcomes.
• Own the function's analytics outcomes end-to-end, managing complex projects from problem framing to execution and communicating clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Design and execute robust analytical methodologies ranging from A/B tests/geo testing/holdouts to MMM modeling in order to measure incremental ROI and make actionable recommendations regarding marketing spend optimization and tactical execution of marketing initiatives.
• Drive strategic alignment with function's leadership, shaping the analytics roadmap and translating business priorities into high-impact analytical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Define measurement frameworks and metric definitions for key marketing initiatives; Lead the development of complex SQL models to implement as well as transform massive datasets into actionable insights using tools like BigQuery and dbt.
• Translate data into executive-ready insights, synthesizing marketing KPIs, trends, and performance drivers into clear narratives that highlight risks, opportunities, and actions for efficiency gains.
• Identify, design, and implement AI-powered solutions that transform how marketing analytics operates - including agentic workflows (e.g. root-cause analysis agents, automated anomaly detection), LLM-assisted insight generation, and prompt-engineered pipelines. Translate repeatable analyst workflows into scalable AI tools. Act as a driver of AI adoption within the team, setting standards and upskilling analysts.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience, with 7+ years in analytics/data science and a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong technical depth in SQL and Python, with experience in statistical modeling, experimentation (A/B testing/causal inference), and building scalable data products or analytical solutions.
• Exceptional problem-solving in ambiguous environments, with the ability to structure complex business problems and translate insights into clear decisions and actions.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing without authority, and driving strategic alignment across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Track record of raising the bar-hiring, mentoring, and developing talent, while elevating analytics from reporting to a decision science function that drives business outcomes.
