Your mandate as manager will include elevating talent density, standardizing methods and tools, and elevating the data-driven decision-making culture in our business.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and mentor a high-performing analytics team-providing hands-on support where needed-in structuring and solving complex marketing problems, leveraging agentic AI tools and advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights and scalable data products that drive measurable business impact.\nElevate team capability and talent density by upskilling analysts and transforming the function from traditional BI reporting into a decision-science partner influencing strategy, closely aligned with business outcomes.\nOwn the function's analytics outcomes end-to-end, managing complex projects from problem framing to execution and communicating clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership.\nDesign and execute robust analytical methodologies ranging from A/B tests/geo testing/holdouts to MMM modeling in order to measure incremental ROI and make actionable recommendations regarding marketing spend optimization and tactical execution of marketing initiatives.\nDrive strategic alignment with function's leadership, shaping the analytics roadmap and translating business priorities into high-impact analytical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.\nDefine measurement frameworks and metric definitions for key marketing initiatives; Lead the development of complex SQL models to implement as well as transform massive datasets into actionable insights using tools like BigQuery and dbt.\nTranslate data into executive-ready insights, synthesizing marketing KPIs, trends, and performance drivers into clear narratives that highlight risks, opportunities, and actions for efficiency gains.\nIdentify, design, and implement AI-powered solutions that transform how marketing analytics operates - including agentic workflows (e.g. root-cause analysis agents, automated anomaly detection), LLM-assisted insight generation, and prompt-engineered pipelines. Translate repeatable analyst workflows into scalable AI tools.
