This is a role for someone who thinks structurally about problems, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and wants to operate at the intersection of commercial strategy, cross-market execution and business outcomes.\nYou will work on partnerships that span our 15 DH markets , from shaping the regional partnership strategy, to building operating frameworks that help market teams execute faster, to running the analytics behind the biggest partnership decisions.\nWhat you will do\nBuild and refine the partnership strategy for all markets , which partner categories matter, which markets to prioritise, where to invest, what to deprioritise\n\nDesign operating frameworks and playbooks that help country teams execute consistently and at pace\n\nLead the analytics behind partnership decisions , pipeline sizing, incrementality modelling, ROI frameworks, scenario analysis\n\nPartner with cross-functional leaders (growth, product, finance, legal) to unblock execution and resolve bottlenecks\n\nRepresent Strategic Partnerships in regional leadership forums , bringing structured thinking and data-backed recommendations\n\n What we are looking for\n4-7 years of experience in strategy, strategy & operations, management consulting, chief-of-staff or similar structured problem-solving roles , ideally with some consumer / tech / fintech exposure\n\nStrong analytical and modelling skills , comfortable building a business case in Excel from first principles\n\nAbility to think structurally and communicate crisply , you can take a messy problem, break it down, and land a recommendation that leadership can act on\n\nExperience operating across markets or functions is a plus -
