Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.\n Job Ref ID: JR0085890\nPayroll Administration: collect all payroll related information from the operations team, prepare, generate, check and submit payroll figures on a monthly basis.\n\nMaintenance of the internal files and shared files with the providers to ensure data accuracy and efficiency (using Google and Excel sheets).\n\nConduct payroll checks on the providers’ results and ensure data accuracy and data completion.\n\nTaxes: help our employees with any tax-related questions with the support of our providers.\n\nPayroll Coordination - Be the go-between HR, Finance, Operations, Legal and the Outsourced Payroll Provider to ensure there is clear communication between departments for efficient payroll service\n\nSupport the rest of the People team or any other department that needs it for any topics related to our employees’ payroll and benefits.\n\nSupport employees on a day-to-day basis and answer questions about benefits, payroll, company policies, etc...\n\nTreat employees as internal customers and facilitate day-to-day work life\n\nConduct and coordinate internal audits to ensure that employee files have all necessary documents for local compliance purposes and maintain employee files with all updated employee data\n\nAdminister changes to salary, benefits, promotions, bonus, etc. and provide support to implement new Benefits packages or improve the current ones.\n\nHelp keep our colleagues happy!\n WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE\nMinimum of 2 years of experience handling end-to-end payroll processes\n\nKnowledge of Payroll structure, Social Security, and Tax regulation and administration\n\nExcellent data management skills - strong Excel and database management skills\n\nStrong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Spanish.\n\nProactive, hands-on and eager to get your hands dirty!\n\nDetailed oriented - you are a freak when it comes to details\n\nAlways looking for ways to improve processes and optimizing coordination between colleagues.\n\nIndividuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
