The role combines operational leadership, people management, analytics and process excellence, with a strong focus on delivering efficient, compliant and scalable procurement services.\nYou will lead a team of procurement professionals and work closely with Procurement, Finance, Technology and other stakeholders to drive operational performance and support the continued evolution of our procurement function.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead procurement operations, ensuring efficient, accurate and compliant execution of processes within the team's scope, including Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order.\n\nLead, coach and develop the team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.\n\nOwn operational KPIs and SLAs, using data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends and drive improvement actions.\n\nDevelop meaningful reporting and translate procurement data into actionable insights for leadership and key stakeholders.\n\nIdentify and lead opportunities to simplify, standardise, digitalise and automate procurement processes.\n\nPartner with Technology and other teams on process and system enhancements, from requirements definition and testing through implementation and adoption.\n\nEnsure adherence to procurement policies, approval requirements and internal controls, supporting strong governance and audit readiness.\n\nManage complex operational issues and escalations, driving root-cause resolution and sustainable solutions.\n\nBuild strong cross-functional relationships and act as a key Procurement Operations partner to Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance Systems and the business.\n\nRelevant experience in Procurement Operations, Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay or a comparable operational environment, ideally within an international organisation.\n\nProven experience leading and developing teams.\n\nStrong understanding of procurement processes, systems, governance and controls.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and KPIs to drive decisions and improvements.\n\nExperience leading process improvement, digitalisation, automation or transformation initiatives.\n\nStrong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and organisational levels.\n\nExperience with SAP Ariba and SAP is highly desirable; proficiency in Excel and BI/reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau or equivalent.\n\nStrong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach\n\n An enticing equity plan that lets you own a piece of the action.\nTop-notch private health insurance to keep you at your peak.\nMonthly Glovo credit to satisfy your cravings!\nDiscounts on transportation, food, and even kindergarten expenses.\nDiscounted gym memberships to keep you energised.\nExtra time off, the freedom to work from home two days a week, and the opportunity to work from anywhere for up to three weeks a year!\nEnhanced parental leave and an office-based nursery.\nOnline therapy and wellbeing benefits to ensure your mental well-being.\nAt Glovo, your success is defined by both results and behaviors.
