Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.\n We are looking for a driven Field Sales Representative to manage existing accounts, prospect new business, and drive revenue growth within the HoReCa market across an assigned territory.\nKey Responsibilities\nTerritory & Account Management: Conduct regular client visits, evaluate regional market potential, and onboard new accounts within the assigned region.\n\nSales Growth & Targets: Achieve commercial KPIs, including new account acquisition, sales volume, cross-selling/up-selling, and reduction of outstanding receivables.\n\nCommercial Offers & Closing: Prepare tailored commercial offers (in collaboration with sales leadership) and finalize client agreements.\n\nQuality & Training: Partner with client personnel and in-house specialists to maintain high product quality standards and coordinate on-site product training.\n\nIssue Resolution: Act as the primary contact to resolve technical, commercial, or product-related issues in coordination with internal support teams.\n\n Industry Experience: Proven track record in Field Sales within the HoReCa market (experience in food, beverage, or coffee supply).\n\nTechnical & Basic Qualifications: Valid driver's license (Category B), good command of English, and proficiency in MS Office / basic CRM tech tools.\n\nKey Competencies: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, goal-oriented mindset, adaptability, self-motivation, and high self-discipline.\n\nNice to Have: Basic background or genuine interest in the professional coffee industry / barista basics is a plus.\n\n We recognize good work and we want our people to feel appreciated!
