About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Executive to support our dynamic sales team. Reporting to the Head of BD - This role is crucial in driving efficiency through data analysis, process optimization, and administrative support.

Ideal for individuals with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position offers excellent growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Enablement: Assist in creating and maintaining product demos for prospective clients. Manage a centralized repository of all sales demos for easy access and version control.
• Administrative Support: Manage sales documentation, including contracts, customer data files, and master client sheets. Ensure all sales-related administrative tasks are up-to-date and accurate.
• CRM Management: Populate inbound leads into the CRM system. Ensuring no potential opportunities are missed. Maintain accurate and organized CRM records.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, analyze, and prepare detailed reports from CRM tools to support management reviews. Monitor key sales metrics to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Sales Training & Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new sales team members by providing training on sales tools, CRM workflows, and internal processes.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Provide operational support to the sales leadership team as needed, contributing to strategic initiatives and special projects.

• 2-5 years in a similar Sales operations / sales administrator / data assistant role
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (dashboards, pivot tables, advanced formulas) for effective data analysis and visualization.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides) and experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Hubspot is ideal.
• CRM & Data Management: Strong understanding of CRM workflows, data management practices, and the ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Reporting & Dashboard Development: Ability to design innovative dashboards and reports, identifying new ways to improve data visualization and reporting processes.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
• Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
