You'll partner closely with leaders, HR colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to turn development needs into practical, high-impact learning experiences, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn and elevate our core people frameworks (Performance Management, Coaching, and Mentoring) to maximize impact, strengthen accountability, and foster a high-performance culture.\n\nDrive AI enablement across Learning & Development, actively integrating AI-powered tools and solutions to enhance learning experiences, improve efficiency, and scale development initiatives.\n\nBuild scalable leadership and manager development programs that strengthen core management capabilities.\n\nDesign engaging learning journeys, workshops and resources using a blend of formats and methods.\n\nPartner with leaders and HR colleagues to identify capability gaps, prioritize learning needs and translate them into actionable solutions.\n\nSupport coaching and mentoring initiatives that encourage growth, knowledge-sharing and continuous development.\n\nOwn program delivery end to end, from needs analysis and stakeholder alignment to rollout, communication and evaluation.\n\nUse feedback, participation data and outcome measures to refine programs and demonstrate impact.\n\n 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development or a related field.\n\nProven experience designing and implementing learning programs, ideally including leadership and manager development.\n\nAbility to partner with senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities and influence without formal authority.\n\nStrong facilitation, communication and project management skills, with a practical, delivery-oriented mindset.\n\nHands-on experience implementing AI-powered tools and digital learning solutions to improve learning effectiveness, efficiency and scalability.\n\nConfidence using qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate learning effectiveness and inform decisions.\n\n We recognize good work and we want our people to feel appreciated!
