senior engineers\nParticipate in code reviews as a learner and apply received feedback\nCollaboration & Learning\nWork closely with senior software engineers to learn system design and engineering workflows\nCollaborate with the Product Team to understand requirements at a basic level\nActively seek feedback and demonstrate eagerness to improve technical and communication skills\nParticipate in team discussions knowledge-sharing sessions and on-the-job mentoring\nGovernance and Quality\nFollow established engineering policies procedures and development processes\nAdhere to coding standards security practices and documentation guidelines\nContribute ideas for improving development practices as learning progresses\nDaily Operations\nSupport daily engineering activities to ensure continuity of work\nComplete assigned tasks on time with attention to quality and accuracy\nCommunicate progress blockers and questions clearly to the reporting manager or mentor\nMaintain a positive and professional approach when working with internal stakeholders\n\nQualifications: \nFresh grad to 4 years of relevant experience (including internships university projects or graduate roles)\nStrong interest in software engineering and building real-world products\nBachelors Degree in Software Engineering Computer Science Mathematics or a related field (required)\nGraduation from a
