Your primary mission will be to champion the growth of Glovo's footprint in the Specialties sector(Butcher shops, wine shops, pastry shops, bakeries, fishmongers, fruit and vegetable stores, etc.) , by identifying and securing new partnerships that align with our strategic vision and operational goals.\nTHE JOURNEY\nTarget business opportunities in the Specialties segment to acquire new clients.\n\nPresent Glovo's solutions to potential partners, emphasizing the unique advantages and strengths of our offer to effectively meet their business needs.\n\nConduct negotiations with key decision-makers at target companies, finalizing agreements that generate mutual value.\n\nCollaborate closely with other internal teams to ensure a smooth activation and transition to account management\n\nMonitor and analyze the performance of acquired partners after onboarding, working in synergy with them to optimize results.\n\nContribute to the development and optimization of our sales strategies and internal processes, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales cycle.\n\n WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE\nExceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and drive change within and outside the organization\n\nGood analytical skills.\n\nA self-starter attitude characterized by autonomy, proactivity, and effective problem-solving.\n\nStrong analytical skills\n\nAn insatiable appetite for sales, embodying the tenacity to persist and succeed in the face of challenges.\n\nThe ability to adapt and flexibly manage priorities in a rapidly changing environment.\n\nExcellent knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite\n\nProficient in Italian, fluent in English\n\n At Glovo, your success is defined by both results and behaviors.
