The role is accountable to ensure the implementation and maintenance of efood’s computing needs. The successful candidate will have proven professional experience and detailed knowledge of best practice processes.\nAbout the role:\nProvide end-user support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues via ticketing systems, email, remote assistance, or in person.\n\nInstall, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux).\n\nManage user accounts and permissions in Intune, Jamf and Okta.\n\nTroubleshoot basic network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and assist in maintaining telecommunications systems (VoIP, PBX).\n\nDeliver field support services across the organization’s remote buildings and offices, ensuring uninterrupted IT operations and timely resolution of on-site issues using the company's car.\n\nAssist in onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring proper IT setup.\n\nMaintain IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.\n\nStay updated with emerging technologies and IT support best practices.\n\nEnsure information security policies are adhered to and assets are properly managed.\n\nCollaborate with external and internal partners to coordinate technical projects and system optimizations.\n\n University or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n\n1-2 years of experience in an IT support role.\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).\n\nExperience with user management in Single-Sign-On Platforms (OKTA), Intune, JamfPro, Active Directory.\n\nBasic knowledge of network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).\n\nFamiliarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).\n\nStrong problem-solving ability and a customer-oriented approach.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Greek.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.\n\nCategory B driving licence is required.\n\nNice to Have:\nITIL Foundation certification or other relevant IT certifications (Google IT Support, CompTIA A+, Microsoft ISPC.\n\n We recognize good work and we want our people to feel appreciated!
