This is not a typical account management role; this position combines team leadership, partner strategy, and project ownership to improve performance and unlock new revenue opportunities.\nWhat's On Your Plate:\nStrategic Account Management & Growth:\nLead commercial strategy across the team’s portfolio, identify and activate growth levers, optimize vendor performance, and drive profitability.\n\nDevelop tailored growth plans and strategic roadmaps for top-tier accounts, focused on long-term success.\n\nProject Leadership:\nDesign and execute strategic initiatives across the city; this could include optimizing onboarding processes, improving partner operations, or piloting new features.\n\nIdentify gaps and opportunities in the partner journey and lead cross-functional projects to address them.\n\nCollaborate with Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Product teams to deliver integrated solutions that drive partner success.\n\nTeam Development & Performance:\nLead, coach, and support a team of Account Managers to consistently exceed commercial and operational KPIs.\n\nDrive strategic thinking and customer-centricity within the team.\n\nSet clear goals, provide actionable feedback, and support professional development\n\nData-driven Decision Making:\nAnalyze business data, market trends, and performance dashboards to generate insights and action plans.\n\nBuild performance reports and present key findings and recommendations to the City Head and other stakeholders.\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Business Sales, Strategy, or a related field.\n\n5-6 years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, or commercial roles, with at least 1-2 years of team leadership.\n\nStrong track record in owning strategic projects, building cross-functional alignment, and delivering results.\n\nAnalytical thinker with a solid understanding of business data, dashboards, and performance metrics.\n\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\n\nSelf-starter with strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.\n\n Join Our Vibrant Team in Dubai at City Walk, Where Work Meets Innovation and Fun!\nGrow With Us: We're all about growth and recognition, both professionally and personally.
