Team Lead - Content & Onboarding

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage incubation and content team members, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met.

• Oversee the 60-day vendor incubation journey and ensure achievement of key metrics, including javelin.

• Ensure accurate menu creation, timely updates, and dish-level photography in line with SOPs.

• Train vendors on tablet operations, order fulfillment, operating hours, and payment and billing processes.

• Support deal sourcing and early-stage testing of pricing, promotions, and go-to-market initiatives.

• Conduct regular quality checks to improve content accuracy and customer experience.

• Track performance and prepare reports using advanced Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve incubation and content processes.
