Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management\n Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, inventory storage, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch.\nEnsure smooth end-to-end workflow to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.\nMonitor operational performance and ensure compliance with established KPIs and customer SLAs.\nCoordinate cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.\nMaintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards.\nIdentify and escalate warehouse facility or equipment maintenance issues to minimize operational disruptions .\n2. Productivity & Workforce Management\n Monitor real-time productivity using the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including unit picking and other operational metrics.\nConduct regular warehouse floor inspections to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.\nCoordinate manpower allocation across warehouse zones based on workload and order volumes.\nEnsure optimal utilization of warehouse resources, equipment, and labor to maximize operational efficiency. \n3. Quality & Inventory Control\nEnforce barcode scanning procedures and maintain a zero-bypass scanning policy to ensure order accuracy.\nReview daily inventory discrepancies and mis-pick reports to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.\nMonitor product handling practices to minimize inventory damage and maintain stock integrity.\nEnsure compliance with warehouse quality standards and operating procedures.\nEnsure the store is continuously audit-ready, maintaining compliance with both warehouse quality standards and local regulatory food safety guidelines.\n4. Team Leadership & Performance Management\nLead, supervise, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve daily operational targets.\nProvide direction, coaching, and support to shift leads and fulfilment leads responsible for designated warehouse zones.\nMonitor employee attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies.\nAddress performance issues, disciplinary matters, and policy violations promptly and professionally.\nConduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and on-the-job training.\nFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nTake overall responsibility for shift performance and operational outcomes.\n5.
