for the Dell Expert Network (DEN) program within Dell Technologies’ SB sales team, you will drive partner acquisition, development, and relationship management with IT companies.\nTo expand Dell Technologies’ end-to-end solutions, this role is responsible for identifying and building alliances and relationship programs that create new sales opportunities.\nKey Responsibilities\nOverall management and execution of the DEN program\n\nNew partner acquisition, onboarding, and relationship strengthening with SB IT companies\n\nDevelopment, retention, and revenue growth of approximately 1,000 existing partners\n\nBuilding relationships and creating new business opportunities through customer visits, regular touchpoints, and events\n\nIncreasing awareness and driving sales through marketing initiatives and sales tools\n\nWorking close to partners to identify key pain points of their customers, proposing improvements, and drive solutions with Program Managers and Sales Leaders.\n\nRepresenting Dell at industry events and partner events\n\nRequirements\nRequired\n5+ years of experience in sales roles with base salary plus incentive compensation, such as corporate sales, partner sales, alliances, or business development\n\nStrong communication skills to drive both new business development and relationship building\n\nAbility to communicate and negotiate with partner executives\n\nExperience in customer visits and in-person presentations\n\nProject execution skills in a cross-functional environment\n\nStrong communication skills in Japanese\n\nPreferred\nExperience in the IT industry, including PC, server, networking, MSP, or IT consulting\n\nExperience with partner programs or channel business\n\nExperience in event planning
