This position will play a key role in supporting next-generation infrastructure to drive innovation.\nYou will join a diverse team of DevOps Engineers to design, deploy, maintain, and secure platform infrastructure. You will collaborate with people inside and outside the organization to deliver the highest standards for building, deploying, and securing infrastructure.\nThe DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure. This includes automating the deployment and configuration of operating systems, applications, and platform components associated with Kubernetes. As a DevOps Engineer, you are responsible for the entire stack (DNS, IdM, OCP, OAUTH, DHCP, S3, NFS, Application Stack, and more).\nKey Job Responsibilities\nDevOps Engineers demonstrate the ability to analyze complex problems and engineer effective solutions.\n· Understanding of networking concepts, including bonding, bridging, VLANs, firewalls, and troubleshooting\n· Solid understanding of multiple operating systems (Linux, BSD, UNIX)\n· Knowledge of one or more scripting languages: Python, Go, Bash\n· Understanding of containerization platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift\n· Basic understanding of security concepts, including encryption, authentication, authorization, and access controls\n· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and project management\n· Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities\n· Desire to continue learning and professional development in the field of Platform Engineering\nRequired Qualifications\n· Proficiency with multiple operation systems (Linux, Windows, Networking)\n· Active TS/SCI and the ability to maintain access as required by the program\n· Experience deploying, managing, and monitoring Kubernetes and the containerized applications running within\n· Working knowledge of authentication protocols and methodologies (IdM, OIDC, KeyCloak, Authentik)\n· Experience containerizing applications via Docker / Podman\nPreferred Qualifications\n· Proficient with filesystems (File, Block, Object)\n· Experience managing and validating disaster recovery processes\n· Ability to deploy and utilize local Large Language Models (LLMs)\n· Experience with iptables, ebpf, tcpdump, wireshark\n.
