Here’s what we are looking for with this role:\nEssential Requirements\n10-15+ years of experience leading field service, technical operations, data center operations, or complex service delivery organizations.\nProven leadership in large-scale, customer-facing technical environments, with strong service delivery, escalation management, and customer engagement expertise.\nDemonstrated ability to lead through matrixed organizations and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes.\nDeep understanding of AI infrastructure, data center operations, server platforms, and enterprise support models.\nTrack record of building scalable processes, operating rhythms, and field execution models in high-growth or highly complex environments; Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.\nCompensation\nDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
