1として、技術的知識とチームメンバーとの協働、診断ツールを活用し、お客様の課題を解決します。お客様のIT運用を支える質の高いオンサイトサポートを提供します。業務上の必要に応じて、シフト勤務が発生します。\n主な業務内容\nAIサーバー、通常サーバ-などサーバー製品のBreak & Fix（障害対応・修理）業務\nエンタープライズ・ミッドレンジのストレージ製品や、接続するFCスイッチ製品のBreak & Fix（障害対応・修理）業務\nDell リモートサポートチームと連携した障害の切り分け（トリアージ）\n部品の再装着（リシート）、入れ替え（スワップ）、および交換（リプレース）作業\nファームウェアアップグレード（オンサイトまたはリモートでの作業）\n最新のテクノロジー動向およびDell
