Here’s what we are looking for with this role:\nEssential Requirements\n9+ years of related experience and a strong foundation in system-level product development to evaluate technical trade-offs and align product decisions with business, operational, and customer requirements.\nDeep knowledge of rack-level system integration, including networking Firmware and platform configuration.\nExperience translating data canter, customer, and infrastructure requirements into scalable, reliable, and serviceable Firmware solutions.\nProven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and effectively communicate, influence, and align stakeholders across engineering, operations, suppliers, and business teams.\nStrong project and program management skills, with a demonstrated track record of delivering complex hardware products that meet performance, quality, cost, and schedule objectives\nDesirable Requirements\nBS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.\nExperience with Network L11 rack-scale solutions, including system integration, rack architecture, cabling, optics, Firmware configuration and validation, and data center deployment.
