success.\nAlign team activities with company goals and objectives and ensure a customer-centric approach to sales.\nBuild and Lead a High-Performing Sales Team:\nAttract, retain, and develop a diverse and talented team of sales professionals who are equipped to succeed in a rapidly changing market.\nFoster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and provide coaching and development opportunities to help team members achieve their full potential.\nDrive Digital Transformation and Sales Enablement:\nDevelop and implement a sales enablement strategy that leverages technology, data, and analytics to drive sales productivity and effectiveness.\nEnsure that the sales team has the tools, training, and support needed to succeed in a digital-first sales environment.\nCustomer Success and Experience:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders and ensure that the sales team is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.\nDevelop and execute a customer success strategy that drives loyalty, retention, and growth.\nLeadership Expectations:\nVisionary Leadership: Develop and execute a clear and compelling vision for the sales
