Here’s what we are looking for with this role:\nEssential Requirements:\nBusiness / IT related degree and graduated in 2024 - 2026\n0 - 3 years of work experience and a passion for sales and technology\nEagerness to learn and become a specialist in a defined area of the Dell Technologies portfolio\nExcellent presentation and communication skills, attention to details, critical thinking and the ability to prioritize\nFluent communication skills in English AND Czech language\n\nSalary starting from: 49 300 CZK monthly (fix + variable part)\nPlease note that this is a sales position with a salary split: 70% fixed salary, 30% variable salary. However, while you are participating in the Next Gen Sales Academy program and remain in the IS2 job classification, the variable portion (30%) of your target compensation will be paid at 100%.
