We’re proud to deliver programs and products to the highest quality standards, on time and within budget.\nJoin us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Manufacturing Senior Test Engineer on our Systems Development Engineering (Test Engineering) Team in Hanoi, Vietnam.\nWhat you’ll achieve\nAs a Manufacturing Senior Test Engineer, you will be on-site Vietnam PCBA factories for production build support and keep improving FPY.\nYou will:\nDesign, review, approve and implement test plan & process to keep consistent with Worldwide PCBA test requirement. Make sure Vietnam PCBA factories in compliance with all PCBA test requirement. Vietnam PCBA factories data mining to reflect the factory reality and then improvement.\nX-team collaboration and Vietnam PCBA factories test management to meet Worldwide PCBA test goal. Identify, drive, analyze, guide, summarize PCBA factory test NUDD, DFT, HSR,5C report and lessons learned. PCBA factory fixture plan, readiness, life cycle management and issue tracking. Bring up and coach local PCBA test team to improve test technologies.\nDesigns and defines system requirements for complex customer systems, and/or prepares studies and analyzes existing systems. Determines system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Coordinates design of subsystems and/or the integration of total systems or multiple functions. Responsible for design of assigned system/subsystem and meeting quality requirements.\nEnsures the manufacturability, reliability and serviceability of test designs. Identifies, analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies. Develops and recommends corrective actions. Responsible for benchmarking, testing and analysis on products during all phases of the development process.\nDocuments results in technical reports, white papers and online web pages. Ensures assignments are completed within schedule and cost objectives. Responsible for the end-to-end ownership of assigned system(s). Coordinates root cause analysis to solve issues including complex issues.
