You will work with Global Quality Engineering and cross-functionally with process engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, and operations teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality AI infrastructure solutions that meet customer expectations and business objectives.\nYou will:\nImplement globally aligned quality plans, create quality documentation and understand build documentation and manage continuous improvement activities for AI rack build, integration, and pack processes.\n\nDrive compliance to product regulation and manufacturing systems standards in accordance with ISO9K, 14K, 45K, 56K, RBA and related Management systems.\n\nAnalyse quality performance data, identify systemic issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions to improve product and process capability.\n\nPartner with process engineering, supplier quality, and operations teams to ensure robust quality controls throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nLead investigations of complex quality issues utilizing structured problem-solving methodologies.\n\nDevelop and maintain quality metrics, inspection strategies, quality risk assessments, process controls, and audit programs to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.\n\nTake the first step towards your dream career\nEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:\nEssential Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Technology, or a related technical discipline.\n\nExperience in quality engineering, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, or product quality within a technology or multinational manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of quality management systems, root cause analysis methodologies, statistical techniques, and continuous improvement tools.\n\nExperience working with complex hardware systems, server platforms, data centre solutions, or AI infrastructure products with experience of automation in ESD control activities.\n\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.\n\nDesirable Requirements\nMaster's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and/or experience with manufacturing automation, Industry 4.0 digital transformation initiatives, AI infrastructure manufacturing environments, ESD control knowledge, and Power BI-based reporting and analytics.\n\nExperience supporting AI infrastructure, AI rack integration, high-performance computing systems, rack build and test operations, or advanced manufacturing technologies.
