We also work closely with Sales and Global Services colleagues to develop strategic account growth plans, and to identify and pursue sales opportunities.\nJoin us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Technical Apprentice on our ISG Technical Support Team in Bangalore.\n What you’ll achieve\nAs a Technical Apprentice, you will be learning how to do a specialized job through on-the-job training, perform duties to support the department that you are aligned to for a period of 12 months.\nYou will:\nAssist in installing, configuring, and maintaining server hardware (rack-mount, blade, and tower servers) under senior engineer guidance.\nSupport troubleshooting of hardware failures, component replacements, and system restores.\nAssist with backup and disaster recovery operations, including regular backup testing and data restoration.\nHelp apply security patches to operating systems and server firmware;
