Data-Driven Decision Making\nLeverage data analytics to inform product strategy, measure success, and communicate impact through compelling storytelling.\nDefine and track success metrics tied to business outcomes such as POI, Lead times, Excess risk, Service levels, and cost savings.\n5. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:\nEssential Requirements:\n8+ years in product management or related roles, with a focus on supply chain, digital platforms, or enterprise systems, including experience leading agile pods and facilitating agile ceremonies with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.\nDomain Expertise: Proven experience in B2B and/or digital product management within supply chain or marketplace environments, with deep understanding of supply chain operations, seller ecosystems, and digital commerce platforms.\nLeadership: Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, strategic agility, and inspirational vision-influencing without authority and building consensus across diverse teams.\nTechnical Fluency: Familiarity with MLOps, data science frameworks, agile product development, and product quality assurance methodologies such as design thinking and Six Sigma.\nAnalytical & Communication Skills: Strong capabilities in structured quantitative and qualitative analysis, with excellent communication skills to deliver insights and drive decision-making.\nAdaptability: Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with resilience, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.\nDesirable Qualifications\nStrong personal initiative, sound judgment, and a desire to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nWho we are\nWe believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
