Here’s what we are looking for with this role:\nEssential Requirements:\n10+ years of experience in signal integrity, high-speed design, or related domain\n\nDeep expertise in:\nElectromagnetic theory and transmission line behavior\n\nHigh-speed digital system design and channel modeling\n\nMulti-gigabit serial link analysis and optimization\n\nProven track record of delivering complex, high-speed systems to production.\n\nExpert-level proficiency with SI tools:\nKeysight ADS\n\nAnsys HFSS / SIwave\n\nCadence Sigrity\n\nStrong experience with:\nAdvanced PCB design and stack-up definition\n\nPackage and interconnect modeling\n\nHigh-speed interface standards and compliance\n\nDesirable Requirements:\nTypically requires 15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 12+ years and a Master's degree; or 8+ years and a PhD; or equivalent experience\n\nContributions to industry standards or technical publications\n\nCompensation\nDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
