What you’ll achieve

As an Advisor, Data Engineering, you will develop and improve data pipelines on our enterprise database (Teradata, data lakehouse). You will partner with product owners and data strategists to translate analytical needs into reliable data flows, automate manual processes, and resolve data quality and performance issues. You will help standardize procedures and improve documentation to elevate operational maturity. Your work will make organizational data easier to access, trust, and use across reporting and advanced analytics.

You will:

• Develop and maintain both unstructured & structured data ingestion and transformation pipelines on the enterprise database.
• Partner with product owners and data strategists to define data requirements, source mappings, and reusable datasets.
• Write and optimize complex SQL; troubleshoot failed queries, pipeline defects, and data discrepancies.
• Automate recurring data preparation, validation, and delivery processes to reduce manual effort.
• Monitor pipeline health and data quality, document data flows, and coordinate issue resolution with platform and source-system teams.

Essential Requirements

Candidates are requested to submit their CV or Talent Card in English.

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Demonstrated expertise in data engineering, including production pipeline development.
• Practical experience with enterprise data lakehouse platform, including its data structures, access patterns, and development processes.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex transformations, query performance optimization, and debugging.
• Experience building and automating data pipelines using the orchestration and scripting tools.
• Ability to work directly with product owners to turn business and analytical requirements into tested, maintainable data products.
• Position is onsite

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with unstructured data, data quality controls, lineage, CI/CD, and production monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications or training in data tooling or cloud platforms.
