Here’s what we are looking for with this role:\nEssential Requirements\n12+ years of experience in system design and software engineeringor equivalent skill; must include experience designing Agentic AI solutions and AI-ready technology foundations\nProven expertise designing application and data architectures that support agent memory, planning, and tool-augmented reasoning\nStrong system design, software development, and programming experience with .NET and modern cloud technologies\nDemonstrated ability to partner with AI engineers, platform teams, and product leaders to standardize and scale AI-ready data foundations\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving processes\nDesired:\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field\nDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
