Portfolio Mindset: You will drive solution and release readiness with a closed loop focus on best practices across portfolios and business units.\nManage Development Efforts: Oversee and coordinate development efforts across diverse engineering teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.\nVendor and Technical Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technical partners to ensure alignment and success. Subsystem Integration: Work across subsystems including hardware design for high-speed signal circuit boards, CPU & memory complexes, GPUs and accelerators, network devices and fabrics, enterprise storage arrays, direct liquid cooling solutions, AC-DC and DC-DC power architectures, Dell iDRAC systems management software, BIOS, FPGA, firmware, enterprise operating systems, and data center rack-solution designs.\nRoot Cause Analysis and Defect Resolution: Identify and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring the highest quality standards. Test Plan Architecture: Design and implement robust test plans to validate system performance and reliability.\nBusiness Acumen: Apply strong business insights to drive strategic decisions and optimize project outcomes to meet our customers’ needs.\nStrong background in development engineering of compute, storage, and networking architectures, with proven experience in the design of solution-level AI enterprise data center systems.\nExceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire multi-disciplined engineering workgroups to achieve outstanding results. Expertise in root cause analysis, defect resolution, and test plan architecture.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross functional teams and external partners.\nStrong business acumen to drive strategic initiatives and project success.
