Here’s what we are looking for with this role:\nEssential Requirements\n8-10 years of experience working on building AI solutions at scale, with a demonstrated progression from traditional AI/ML to Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.\n\nHands-on expertise in LLMs, agent frameworks, multi-agent systems, RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and AI orchestration platforms, with experience deploying production-scale AI applications.\n\nProven ability to lead AI strategy and innovation, establish technical standards, and drive the adoption of connected, enterprise-scale agentic systems across cross-functional teams.\n\n12+ Years of experience with BachelorsDegree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field of 10+ Years of experience with MastersDegree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field\nDesirable Requirements\n\nDemonstrated passion for emerging AI technologies, with contributions through thought leadership, innovation initiatives, patents, publications, or industry engagement.\n\nExperience designing multi-agent architectures, including agent orchestration, tool integration, planning/reasoning workflows, and autonomous task execution in production environments.\n\nCompensation\nDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
