It takes experts in system architecture definition, design, analysis, prototyping, sourcing, debugging and validation of electrical hardware to deliver state-of-the-art products for a changing world. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:\nEssential Requirements\nGood analytical and problem solving skills\nFamiliarity with analog and digital circuitry design in power application-related field and skilled in embedded system design using micro-controllers\nFamiliarity with Power topology and component applications such as semiconductors and magnetic applications\nExcellent program management, communication, and presentation skills\nA positive attitude toward learning and using AI tools to improve engineering productivity, quality, and innovation\nDesirable Requirements\nExperience using Computer Aided Design (CAD) and simulation tools e.g. MATLAB, SPICE and allegro; experience soldering components onto printed circuit boards\nFamiliarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and electronic loads; knowledge of agentic AI workflows and experience using them in everyday engineering work, such as design analysis, documentation, and test automation\nCompensation\nDell is committed to Fair and Equitable compensation practices.
