In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams to support hardware development activities, improve engineering processes, and develop tools that enhance productivity, knowledge sharing, and operational efficiency. Candidates with experience in software development, automation, data analytics, or AI-enabled solutions are highly desired.

What you’ll achieve

As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for providing solutions to a variety of problems of certain scope and complexity while working with your supervisor and other professionals in immediate work group or department.

You will:

Engineering Operations & Productivity

• Partner with engineering teams to understand development workflows, operational challenges, and productivity improvement opportunities.
• Drive process optimization, knowledge management, and cross-functional engineering initiatives to improve engineering effectiveness.
• Develop automation tools, dashboards, and workflow solutions that streamline repetitive activities and enhance operational visibility.
• Identify and implement technology-enabled solutions that improve engineering efficiency, collaboration, and execution.

Data and AI Enablement

• Explore and apply AI technologies to improve engineering workflows and knowledge accessibility.
• Develop or support AI-enabled tools, intelligent assistants, search capabilities, or knowledge management solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical use cases.
• Support AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives across engineering teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with hardware engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver productivity improvements.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide training, documentation, and user support for developed tools and solutions.

Essential Requirements

• BS/MS degree in an Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in engineering, product development, or technical project environments.
• Knowledge of programming, automation, data analytics, or workflow improvement methodologies.
• Ability to drive solutions through cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with AI-enabled solutions, automation tools, knowledge management platforms, or engineering productivity initiatives is highly desirable.
