Here’s what we are looking for with this role:\nEssential Requirements\nExperience in service delivery, infrastructure operations, systems engineering, or platform operations.\n\nStrong knowledge of configuration management, provisioning, and deployment processes.\n\nExperience supporting Linux and distributed computing environments.\n\nFamiliarity with AI infrastructure, HPC clusters, GPU-based systems, or large-scale compute environments.\n\nUnderstanding of networking, storage, and data center infrastructure fundamentals.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and documentation skills.\n\nFluent in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).\n\nDesirable Requirements\nExperience supporting AI training clusters, GPU infrastructure, or HPC environments.\n\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure-as-Code, DevOps, and operational best practices.\n\nExperience with monitoring, observability, telemetry, and analytics platforms.\n\nKnowledge of cluster orchestration and platform lifecycle management.\n\nBachelor degree in a related technical discipline.\n\nWho we are\nWe believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
