You'll contribute to building reusable content systems, patterns, governance models, and AI-enabled workflows that help teams create clear, consistent, and accessible customer communications.\nWorking alongside content designers, UX designers, engineers, product managers, and researchers, you'll help transform content from a collection of individual assets into scalable, reusable systems.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign and maintain reusable content components, templates, patterns, and standards for scalable customer communications.\n\nPartner with designers, engineers, and content teams to implement content within products, design systems, and multi-channel experiences.\n\nStructure and optimize content for accessibility, personalization, localization, and consistent delivery across channels.\n\nSupport content governance through documentation, content audits, and continuous improvement of reusable assets.\n\nContribute to automation and AI-powered workflows while building expertise in structured content and content systems.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nContent design\nStrong foundation in UX writing, content design, content strategy, or related disciplines.\n\nUnderstanding ofuser-centered design principles and content best practices.\n\nFamiliarity with accessibility and inclusive content standards.\n\nFamiliarity with AI workflows.\n\nSystems thinking\nExperience in design systems, content systems, or reusable frameworks.\n\nAbility to recognize patterns and apply existing standards consistently.\n\nComfortable working with structured information and content models.\n\nTechnical fluency\nFamiliarity with CMS platforms, structured content, design tools, or similar AI systems.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with engineers and technical teams.\n\nCuriosity about automation, AI, and workflow optimization.\n\nCollaboration & growth\nComfortable receiving feedback and iterating onsolutions.\n\nDesire to learn systemsthinking, governance, and scalable content practices.\n\nDemonstrates ownership within defined projects.\n\nEssential requirements\n5-7+ years of experience in UX writingcontent design, content strategy, conversation design, or related product experience disciplines.\n\nStrong understanding of content design systems, reusable patterns, information architecture, messaging frameworks, and systems thinking.\n\nExperience designing content across customer journeys, channels, and interaction states.\n\nFoundational or working knowledge of generative AI and LLM-powered experiences, including prompting, context, conversational interactions, and AI-generated content.\n\nStrong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in Figma, design systems, or cross-functional product environments.\n\nDesirable requirements\nExposure toAI-powered, agentic, conversational, or generative experiences.\n\nFamiliarity with prompt design, context engineering, AI evaluation, RAG concepts, or responsible AI practices.\n\nExperience or knowledge of structured content, including metadata, taxonomy, schemas, content models, or JSON.\n\nKnowledge of localization/internationalization, terminology management, and accessibility practices such as WCAG 2.2.\n\nExperience with B2B, commerce, subscription, support, service design, or complex customer journeys.\n\nCompensation\nDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
