Then we make sure the services delivered by Dell Technologies deliver on all our promises.\nWe invite you to join our Services Solutions Architecture team as a Principal Engineer - AI Networking Solutions Architect, where you will have the opportunity to excel professionally and make a significant contribution to the advancement of high-performance AI infrastructure.\nWhat you’ll achieve:\nAs a member of the services delivery team, you will collaborate with Dell consultants, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to design, deploy, optimize, and support large-scale AI network infrastructure solutions, ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction throughout each phase of the engagement.\nYou will:\nLead the deployment and integration of AI network infrastructure solutions utilizing NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel technologies.\nCoordinate the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations, ensuring that full life cycle delivery costs are within the service level agreement.\nProactively identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid customer impact, facilitating continuous improvement.Build and sustain effective communications with all partners and cross-functional teams, maximizing the customer experience and relationships\nCollaborate with clients to assess technical requirements and deliver customized infrastructure solutions.Develop comprehensive documentation including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, technical designs, and operational procedures.\nAct as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer engagement lifecycle. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:\nEssential Requirements\nFive or more years of working full-time as an IT professional in a Data Centre environment. Proven success in designing and deploying large-scale AI network infrastructures. \nExcellent knowledge and experience of networking concepts: IP Switching and Routing, networking experience up to and including L3 BGP eVPN Data Centre technologies, Firewalls and Security products. Experience with one or more 3rd party networking vendor equipment, such as Cisco Networks, Juniper Networks, Palo Alto Networks and Extreme Networks.\nImplementation of advanced networking solutions, including NVIDIA InfiniBand and Ethernet technologies.\nDemonstrated expertise in NVIDIA networking technologies: InfiniBand (Quantum), Ethernet (Spectrum-X), MLNX-OS, NVIDIA Cumulus OS, and Enterprise SONiC.\nCapacity to manage multiple projects independently and deliver results within dynamic environments. Strong knowledge and experience with communications, wide and local area networking. Strong documentation and reporting skills to effectively document routine technical problems, and to summarize the problems for various clients, including business and technical clients.\n\nDesirable Requirements\n5+ years of related experience. Experience with GENAI frameworks and related tools.\nExperience with NVIDIA DGX and DGX SuperPOD platforms or similar GPU platforms.
