You will lead the modernization, reliability, security, and scalability of critical engineering platforms supporting thousands of developers worldwide. Working across Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams, you will drive platform innovation, cloud adoption, automation, and AI-powered engineering experiences. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:\nEssential Requirements\n8+ years of experience in enterprise-scale DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), or related engineering disciplines\nDeep expertise administering and architecting enterprise engineering platforms such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, Artifactory, Kafka, SonarQube, Coverity, and related developer productivity tools\nProven experience designing, implementing, and operating highly available, resilient platforms with strong knowledge of disaster recovery, performance engineering, observability, and capacity planning\nHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, CI/CD automation, cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS), Kubernetes, Linux, networking, identity management, and distributed systems\nStrong track record leading security, compliance, access governance, cyber resilience, and platform modernization initiatives while influencing technical strategy across multiple organizations\n\nDesirable Requirements\nExperience with AI-driven platform operations, agentic AI solutions, engineering intelligence platforms, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or developer productivity transformation initiatives\nRelevant certifications in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, security, platform engineering, or related technical domains\nCompensation\nDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
