You will work closely with Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Operations teams to ensure products and processes meet quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.\nYou will:\nSupport the execution of globally aligned quality plans, maintain quality documentation, review build documentation, and participate in continuous improvement activities for AI rack build, integration, and pack processes.\nSupport compliance to product regulations and manufacturing system standards in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 56000, RBA, and related management systems.\nAnalyse quality performance data, identify trends, and assist in driving corrective and preventive actions to improve product and process capability.\nWork with process engineering, supplier quality, and operations teams to ensure effective quality controls are implemented throughout the product lifecycle.\nParticipate in investigations of quality issues utilizing structured problem-solving methodologies.\nWork with quality metrics, inspections, risk assessments, process controls, and audit activities to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.\nSupport internal and external audits and assist in monitoring compliance to manufacturing and quality requirements.\nContribute to initiatives that improve product quality, manufacturing efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.\nTake the first step towards your dream career\nEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role:\nEssential Requirements\nExperience in quality engineering, manufacturing quality, production engineering, operations support, or a related technical education and/or role within a manufacturing or technology environment.\nWorking knowledge of quality management systems, root cause analysis methodologies, statistical analysis techniques, and continuous improvement tools.\nExperience supporting hardware manufacturing, server platforms, Storage and Solution or Rack integration activities, or similar production environments.\nAbility to analyse data, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels.\nDesirable Requirements\nExperience in manufacturing automation, Industry 4.0 initiatives, AI infrastructure manufacturing environments, or ESD control activities.\nExperience supporting AI infrastructure, rack integration, server manufacturing, high-performance computing systems, or advanced manufacturing technologies.\nKnowledge of Power BI, quality reporting tools, data analytics, and process performance monitoring.\nExperience working with ISO, RBA, or similar manufacturing standards and management systems.\nFamiliarity with audit processes, quality risk assessments, control plans, and inspection methodologies.\nCertification or training in Lean, Six Sigma, Quality Engineering, or related disciplines is an advantage.\nHere's our story; now tell us yours\nDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
