As we align regulatory standards with our strategic plans, we work closely with regulatory bodies, as well as with industry and customer groups.\nJoin us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Compliance Engineer on our Regulatory Engineering Team in Austin, Texas.\nWhat you’ll achieve\nAs a Regulatory Compliance Engineer for Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Liquid Cooling, you will be responsible for working with the Rack and Infrastructure Engineering team and suppliers to implement applicable regulations, standards, and global market requirements for electromagnetic compatibility, energy, acoustics, safety, security, accessibility, and/or environmental features relevant to the design and fulfilment of ISG Liquid Cooling Products and Critical Components (CDUs, Rack Heat Exchangers, Cold Plates and DLC Manifolds).\nProvide guidance to design teams, Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Suppliers, 3rd Party Labs, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) partners in resolving issues that may arise during the review and evaluation of solutions by the various regulatory agencies\nAssure that all products and solutions are compliant with global regulatory emissions, safety, and environmental regulatory agency requirements, specifications, and policies\nPrepare schedules, statements of work, and functional plans necessary to obtain required regulatory approvals for your assigned platforms\nTake the first step towards your dream career\nEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:\nEssential Requirements\n7+ years industry experience in ITE Liquid Cooling or HVAC Regulatory Compliance\nIndustry experience in ITE Liquid Cooling or HVAC Regulatory Compliance with knowledge of applicable regulations and standards\nExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written directed at internal and external audiences of all levels\nAbility to multi-task and quickly adapt to changing priorities\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate with/lead small teams with minimal supervision\nCompensation\nDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
