You will combine hands-on engineering expertise with program management discipline, translating complex workflows into production-ready AI agents that automate and enhance operations. Working closely with stakeholders across multiple domains, you will drive solutions from discovery through deployment while helping establish the governance, standards, and processes required to scale AI adoption across the organization.\nYou will:\nPartner with operations teams to analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, and translate business processes into scalable AI agent specifications.\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered agents and workflows using large language models, retrieval systems, and enterprise data sources.\nDefine evaluation frameworks, monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve solution accuracy and adoption.\nManage AI portfolio intake, tracking, governance, and stage-gate processes to ensure successful delivery and compliance with enterprise standards.\nCreate reusable templates, documentation, and best practices that enable broader adoption and scalable delivery of AI solutions across multiple business domains.\nTake the first step towards your dream career\nEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role:\nEssential Requirements\n2+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, technical consulting, or a related technical field.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nStrong Python programming skills with experience developing, enhancing, and maintaining production-quality applications.\nHands-on experience building AI or LLM-powered solutions, including prompting, tool integration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow orchestration, and evaluation techniques.\nProven ability to work directly with business stakeholders, develop clear technical specifications, manage multiple priorities, and deliver solutions from concept through production.\nDesirable Requirements\nExperience with AI development tools and platforms such as GitHub Copilot, DataRobot, Windsurf, or comparable technologies.\nFamiliarity with enterprise delivery processes, including architecture reviews, security and governance requirements, Jira/Confluence, portfolio management, and executive reporting.\nCompensation\nDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
