Translate strategic frameworks into actionable media plans and campaign briefs for execution teams. Identify opportunities to improve media mix, targeting, and publisher relationships. \nCampaign Management & Optimization: Oversee campaign planning, buying, and performance management across paid digital and partner channels. Guide Media Managers on best practices for campaign setup, pacing, and optimization. Analyze performance data to identify insights and recommend optimization strategies to improve signal quality and efficiency. \nPartnerships & Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with key publishers, vendors, and media partners to finalize funding and added-value opportunities. Collaborate with orchestrators and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and funding utilization. \nReporting & Insights: Consolidate regional performance data and provide strategic insights to leadership. Partner with analytics and orchestration teams to ensure consistent tracking, reporting, and benchmarking. \nTeam Enablement: Mentor and support Media Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and operational excellence.
