As a Senior Principal Engineer, you will lead high-impact initiatives, owning end-to-end architectures and complex integration strategies. You will prototype solutions, validate patterns, and ensure non-functional requirements are met at scale.

You will:

• Architect scalable services, data flows, and interfaces with robust security and observability.
• Develops and offers integrated, end-to-end IT solutions that support the customer’s strategic, operational and financial goals and positions Dell for rapidly growing business
• Responsible for translating the client’s business and technical requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large, complex technology solutions and integrating architecture
• Consults with external customers and implements new IT solutions and/or replaces existing IT solutions
• Develops and offers integrated, end-to-end IT solutions that support the customer’s strategic, operational and financial goals and positions Dell for rapidly growing business
• Responsible for translating the client’s business and technical requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large, complex technology solutions and integrating architecture
• Document standards and mentor engineers in advanced design techniques

Essential Requirements

• Experience in designing and implementing large scale networking and cabling infrastructure (more than 100,000 connections)
• Experience in structured cabling, cable trunking, fibre shuffling, patching, and labelling
• Deep knowledge of Gen AI Leaf/Spine networking architecture including multi-plane design
• Experience in configuring L2/L3 Leaf/Spine networking using Nvidia Spectrum switches/Cumulus OS
• Experience in InfiniBand switches and ability to design cable layout for largescale AI deployments
• L3 Experience in performing networking configuration using Sonic OS (Dell/Nvidia Switches) for east west GPU traffic
• Capable of leading technical workshops, solution presentations, and architecture discussions with customers
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Flexibility to support project activities outside office hours when required
• High amount of travel across SEA

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in deployment of Dell PowerEdge and Dell Network Switches will be an added advantage
• Experience in Linux, VMware, OpenShift, and enterprise virtualization platforms will be an added advantage
