After thorough consultation with our customers and careful analysis, we develop new IT systems or replace existing systems that support customers’ strategic, operational and financial goals.\nWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect (On-Site) to lead complex customer architecture engagements and provide strategic technical leadership across AI, cloud, HPC, and enterprise infrastructure initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives, translating business objectives into scalable technology architectures that drive innovation, operational excellence, and business outcomes. You will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders to design and guide the adoption of next-generation infrastructure solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead customer architecture engagements from strategy and solution design through hands-on implementation, deployment, validation, and operational transition.\n\nProven hands-on experience implementing, deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure solutions.\n\nStrong practical experience working directly in customer environments, including data centres, cloud platforms, and hybrid infrastructure deployments.\n\nAbility and willingness to move beyond architecture and design activities and actively contribute to delivery, implementation, and operational tasks when required.\n\nComfortable working in a highly dynamic customer-facing role where activities may range from executive architecture discussions one day to technical implementation, site surveys, or troubleshooting activities the next.\n\nDesign end-to-end AI, cloud, HPC, and enterprise infrastructure solutions aligned with customer business and technical requirements.\n\nAct as the primary technical advisor for customer executives, architects, and program leaders.\n\nDevelop reference architectures, solution blueprints, and transformation roadmaps that support current and future business objectives.\n\nDrive architectural reviews, technology assessments, and design workshops with customer stakeholders.\n\nProvide expert guidance on scalability, performance, resiliency, security, and operational readiness across complex infrastructure environments.\n\nCollaborate with engineering, product, services, and sales teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful delivery outcomes.\n\nEvaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and business value creation.\n\nLead technical risk assessments and mitigation strategies for large-scale transformation initiatives.\n\nMentor architects and technical teams while promoting architecture best practices and governance standards.\n\nRequirements\nExtensive experience in solution architecture, infrastructure consulting, or enterprise technology leadership.\n\nDeep expertise in AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, HPC environments, and modern data center architectures.\n\nStrong understanding of distributed systems, computer, networking, storage, and workload optimization.\n\nDemonstrated ability to design complex, enterprise-scale technology solutions.\n\nExperience engaging with executive stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical strategies.\n\nStrong knowledge of architecture frameworks, design methodologies, and governance practices.\n\nProven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across large and complex customer engagements.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.\n\nAbility to influence technical and business decisions across customers and internal organizations.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience architecting AI factories, GPU-based infrastructure, or large-scale HPC environments.\n\nKnowledge of hybrid cloud, multicloud, and edge computing architectures.\n\nExperience supporting digital transformation or data center modernization initiatives.\n\nIndustry certifications in cloud, enterprise architecture, or infrastructure technologies.\n\nAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nEssential Requirements:\nWillingness and ability to travel frequently to customer data center sites across EMEA (Mainly Nordics and Iceland), including extended onsite rotational periods as project demands require.\n\nThis role is not limited to architectural design, presentations, or presales activities. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic, hands-on technology leader who is equally comfortable presenting to executives, designing complex solutions, conducting site surveys, configuring infrastructure, supporting deployments, and solving technical challenges alongside delivery teams.
