You will help customers optimize Data Center design, accelerate AI infrastructure deployments and realize business value through complex multi-site implementation programs.\nWorking across Dell Technologies' products, services and partner ecosystem, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of our most complex programs. You will define program governance, establish delivery frameworks, manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams and ensure alignment to customer objectives and business outcomes.\nYou will provide leadership and oversight throughout the program lifecycle, driving effective decision-making, managing risks and ensuring stakeholder alignment. The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging with executive leadership and C-Suite stakeholders, using a data-driven approach to provide transparency, influence outcomes and drive successful program delivery.\nThis role will lead and manage the Program Office on behalf of Dell Technologies for some of our largest global customers.\nYou Will\nEstablish and lead program governance and delivery assurance practices to ensure high-quality project execution and customer outcomes.\n\nManage large, complex portfolios of projects and programs, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and in line with customer expectations.\n\nDevelop and manage RAID logs, change control processes, escalation management and executive reporting.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for executive and management communications across assigned programs.\n\nLead cross-functional, globally distributed teams spanning Dell Technologies, customer organizations and third-party partners.\n\nBuild trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.\n\nDrive alignment across technical, operational and business teams to ensure successful implementation and realization of business value.\n\nProvide coaching, mentoring and leadership to project and program teams.\n\nEssential Requirements\nExtensive experience leading large-scale programs and complex project delivery organizations with Program Management certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent).\n\nProven track record delivering complex Data Center infrastructure and IT services programs across multiple customers, sites, geographies and workstreams.\n\nExtensive hands-on Data Center infrastructure experience, including knowledge of:\nPower and cooling systems\n\nRacks and physical infrastructure\n\nCabling and connectivity\n\nCompute, storage and networking environments\n\nData Center operational readiness and deployment activities\n\nProven experience supporting the design, build, deployment, commissioning or expansion of enterprise, colocation, hyperscale or AI-focused Data Centers.\n\nStrong understanding of AI infrastructure deployment and Data Center modernization initiatives.\n\nDemonstrated success operating within complex matrix organizations and leading globally distributed teams.\n\nExtensive experience presenting complex technical, operational and program delivery updates to C-Suite and senior executive stakeholders.\n\nStrong commercial awareness and ability to manage delivery risks, stakeholder expectations and business outcomes.\n\nSelf-motivated, hands-on and capable of operating effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities.\n\nExceptional communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills across technical, operational and executive audiences.\n\nProven ability to operate independently while leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.\n\nExperience working within global organizations and multinational customer environments.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel extensively across EMEA during customer deployment and commissioning phases.
